Natalie Dehnhoff is a piano instructor in northwest Ohio. She is a certified teacher of music through the Music Teachers National Association. Natalie attained a master’s degree in piano pedagogy from the University of Louisville and a bachelor’s degree in piano performance from Bowling Green State University.
Until recently, Natalie lived and worked in Louisville, Kentucky. Over the last several years she had a number of responsibilities including teaching and administrative work for the University of Louisville’s Community Music Program. She also taught in her private studio and for the Portland Piano Program. This was a special program made possible by the University of Louisville, a local private donor, and a very passionate pastor in the Portland neighborhood of Louisville. Natalie played a significant role in teaching for and organizing the program since its start in 2012. Upon graduating from the University of Louisville in 2014, she was awarded a Dean’s Citation Award for her work at the university and the Portland Piano Program. In addition to teaching, Natalie is an experienced collaborative artist. She has performed with a number of professional and student musicians.
Natalie considers herself a dedicated teacher and a disciplined musician. She loves sharing her knowledge and helping students find their own connection with music.
